These little resistance bands can only go so far, and only used in limited movements. They are a great tool, and I believe everyone should have a set at home. Whenever I don’t have time to get in the gym, I incorporate resistance bands into my home work out. A couple of them broke while I was using them for a leg work out, I wasn’t too bummed, since they are like twelve dollars on amazon. I ordered another set, but in the mean time I still needed to get that work out in. You can buy bands already made like this, but I didn’t have that kind.
