FIVE MINUTE ABS
- High Plank to lunge : 5 each side
- Kneeling dumbbell rotations : 5 each side
- Kneeling dumbbell woodchopper : 10 each side
- Single leg dead bugs : 10 each side
- Plank ups : 10 total
Put five minutes on the clock (I use FlexTimer) and do as many rounds as possible.
