No Crunch Core Routine

FIVE MINUTE ABS

  • High Plank to lunge : 5 each side
  • Kneeling dumbbell rotations : 5 each side
  • Kneeling dumbbell woodchopper : 10 each side
  • Single leg dead bugs : 10 each side
  • Plank ups : 10 total

Put five minutes on the clock (I use FlexTimer) and do as many rounds as possible.
