5 Minute Friday Morning Flow of the Week

One of the best ways to get your mind and body ready for the day is exercise. If you could implement just five minutes of movement into your morning first thing, would you? I have partnered with Blue Door Media ; each week we will be sending out a quick tutorial so you can prep for your Friday Morning Flow.  I encourage you to add this to your routine once per week! Who knows, maybe you will want to add it in on a few other days too. We all have busy lives, but what if you set your alarm just five minutes earlier tomorrow? Things to remember:

These movements are intended to be done nice and slow. Focus on deep inhale and exhalations as well as keeping your core tight throughout each exercise. The entire sequence should only take you about five minutes.
